Surprise Party!

I couldn’t have choreographed a better “first shoot” after my Foundation Experience than this surprise birthday party. One of the main tenants I learned in Foundation was to find the love, and stay there. Well the love was SERIOUSLY flowing this afternoon, and I felt almost on a high being there to capture it.

Perhaps I’m partial because my little girl is on her way to being a two year old, but I think this age is my FAVORITE. Little HP here just turned two and is a thoughtful and fiery ball of hysterics and enthusiasm. Like my own girl, she is discerning of new people, new faces… But … More TWO!

Bo(y)sterous!

Having grown up with an older brother, and now having five nephews of my own, I was beyond excited to get a chance to hang with these four guys.  My favorite part of the day was the way they were a perfect combinations of heart stompingly sweet and rapscallions. Christmas | 2015

We had an epically good time, including ALMOST finding Santa before he came to drop off the gifts, funny faces, cousin snuggles, youtube singalongs, adorable jammies and almost more love than we could handle. Here’s hoping you and yours had an equally merry time.

Dynamic Duo
